Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We work on Net 30 pay terms and allow for weekly invoicing for our C2C consultants.
Q: Do you offer direct deposit?
A: Yes, a direct deposit authorization form is included in our on boarding paperwork once you accept a new project position.
Q: What are your insurance requirements for C2C consultants?
A: We require our C2C consultants to carry Workers Compensation by applicable statue, Comprehensive General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance. Additional information regarding specific insurance requirements can be provided upon request.
Q: Do you allow for W2 employment?
A: Yes, our W2 consultants are eligible to participate in our full benefits offering.
Q: Do you sponsor H1-B visas?
A: No, we do not.
Q: Do you accept 1099 contractors?
A: We do not engage 1099 employees; however, we do work with independent contractors, who are incorporated, on a C2C basis.
Q: How do I become incorporated?
A: You need to consult your attorney and tax account for information regarding incorporation. Each state’s requirements vary, so you should consult a professional for further direction.
