Fidelis IT specializes in providing highly skilled independent consultants in a staff augmentation capacity for implementations, migrations, upgrades, optimizations, troubleshooting and maintenance project augmentation.

We are well networked in the ERP marketplaces and talk to C-level executives, IT Managers and hands-on functional and technical specialists every day.  These executives, managers and specialists are our direct clients, which means we are putting consultants in direct contact with key decision makers when presenting to projects.

Our virtual network of consultants mostly consists of experienced independent consultants introduced to us on a referral basis. Our strong referral network, along with proactively recruiting and networking constantly, allows us to be at the forefront of trends in the market and be in touch with the best available talent for our clients’ needs.

How We Work

At Fidelis IT, we pride ourselves on not wasting anyone’s time, not yours or ours. In order to accomplish this objective, we follow a thorough internal hiring process with all of our consultants. Although the process may vary slightly with each individual team member, the same principles are involved for each consultant brought into our network.

With our highly specialized IT areas, the majority of our network comes to us on a referral basis. After receiving the resume of an interested consultant, we schedule a convenient time to profile you. The profile interview allows the recruiter to gain additional insight about your background that isn’t interpreted on your resume. Rate and location preference are reviewed; however, the majority of the interview is focused on your achievements. We want to know what impacts you had on your previous assignments. 

In order to verify and quantify your achievements, we check previous employer references and send reference reviews with each resume we submit. We do not submit consultants to assignments until we have spoken to a minimum of two references.

Once we gain thorough project details, we turn to our internal, profiled network of consultants to identify the best resources for the position. Simultaneously, we turn to the market and cold call for additional talent and follow the same process of profiling and reference checking.

We then present the most qualified consultants’ resumes to our client, prep each consultant chosen for an interview, and debrief and provide feedback after the interview process is completed. Once an offer is extended, we negotiate on your behalf to ensure all terms are agreeable to both the client and you.  Finally, we execute all required contracts and on-boarding documents and walk you through all procedures to ensure you are well prepared to begin your assignment.
